מדיניות החזרת מוצרים

ניתן להחזיר מוצרים תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת ההזמנה.

 תנאי ההחזרה:

• המוצר חייב להיות במצב חדש, ללא שימוש ועם התוויות המקוריות

• האריזה המקורית חייבת להיות שלמה

• יש לצרף חשבונית או אישור רכישה

אופן ביצוע ההחזרה:

ההחזרה מתבצעת באמצעות שליח מדלת לדלת. יש ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות במייל או בווטסאפ (אפשרות עדיפה) בטלפון 052-7901119 לתיאום איסוף המוצר. אפשרות נוספת היא דרך הזמנת משלוח איסוף בקישור הבא>> משלוח החזרה

עלות המשלוח החוזר:

עלות המשלוח החוזר חלה על הלקוח. עלות המשלוח הנה 30 שקלים.

החזר כספי:

לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו, יינתן החזר כספי מלא תוך 3-5 ימי עסקים לאמצעי התשלום המקורי.

מוצרים שלא ניתן להחזיר:

• מוצרים שנעשה בהם שימוש

• מוצרים ללא תוויות מקוריות

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:
• The item must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with original tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included

How to Return:

Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping fee is 30 ILS (₪).

Refund:
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Items that have been used
• Items without original tags
