This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit or make a purchase from tula-tula.com (the "Site").

Please note: payment itself is processed and cleared directly by a third-party payment processor, and the Site does not store or retain credit card details on its own systems.

Mandatory vs. Voluntary Disclosure

Providing Order Information (contact and shipping details) is required in order to complete a purchase on the Site; without it, we cannot process or fulfill your order. Providing any additional information (for example, for marketing communications) is entirely voluntary and given at your discretion, and declining to provide it will not affect your ability to use the Site for purchases.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use Order Information to:

The personal information we collect is stored on the servers of the cloud providers and platform we use to operate the Site (such as Shopify), and access to it is limited to employees and authorized service providers who need it to operate the Site and provide the service.


We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the Personal Information we collect, including against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Rights

Any individual may contact us to request access to the personal information we hold about them, and to request that such information be corrected, updated, or deleted, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. To exercise this right, please contact us using the details below.


The database is exempt from the registration requirement under the Privacy Protection Law.


If you are a resident of the European Union, the following additional provisions apply to you: your information is processed in order to fulfill contracts we may enter into with you (for example, when you place an order through the Site), or to pursue the legitimate business interests described above. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

There is no minimum age restriction for using the Site.
